  Today I am spotlighting our DANIEL SMITH Extra Fine Watercolor: Cascade Green. Cascade Green is a blend of Raw Sienna which is an inorganic pigment, and Phthalo Blue (GS) which is an organic pigment.  Mixing an inorganic pigment with an organic pigment causes tension, which when working wet into wet causes both those colors to want to separate producing beautiful wash effects on your paper.
